Virtual Reality and Media Room reservations and Vivecraft (Minecraft in VR) are curently a work-in-progress.
¶ Introduction
Our VR and Media Room has a high-spec computer and virtual reality equipment available for use by all members who have been trained. Training is available online and can be completed in under an hour.
¶ Rules
Members are required to follow all rules for our technology. Anyone who violates our rules may have their access removed or be banned from UTDesign Makerspace for any amount of time.
¶ Reservations
Any member is welcome to use the VR and Media Room whenever it is not in use and not reserved. We are not taking reservations at this time but are working to create a reservations system before the Spring 2023 semester.
¶ Software
All software should be installed by a Makerspace officer. If you would like something installed on the virtual reality computer, please contact an officer using our Discord server.
